Henna
Henna tattoo, called Mehndi Temporary Tattoos as well, is an ancient body art. It is used in creating contemporary tattoo on various parts of the body. It is traditionally applied to the hands and feet of woman for special ceremonies. Henna is completely natural, painless tattoo. Henna procedure 1. Get some henna: Henna supplies are found in local Indian or Middle Eastern grocery store. Getting good henna is helpful to have prettier, longer henna. Usually hennas harvested after the beginning of the monsoon rains (Intense rain from June to October) from Yemen, India or Pakistan are the best of the year. 2. Mix the henna: Mix henna powder with honey, something acidic such as lemon juice and other products. The most important thing to mix is terpenes, which are monoterpene alcohols, gained from plants, which makes henna faster, safer and darker. 3. Cover the henna with plastic and wait 4. Apply the henna: First, wear a plastic glove. Put a spoon of henna in a cup covered with nylon stocking and put it in the carrot bag. Then grip the entrance firmly and pull the stocking out. Now you have a carrot bag full of henna to move into a cone, syringe, or a jag bottle. A jag bottle is a squeezable plastic bottle. You simply squeeze henna in the carrot bag into the jag bottle, and then start to draw henna on your skin. A syringe is a thinner cone that is harder to use. You can also use carrot bag itself, but try to use small one. Also, you can make thin henna and apply it using brush. 5. Seal and wrap the henna: When your henna paste is totally dried, seal your henna using pump spray hair gel, lemon/sugar and a cotton swab to seal your henna to keep it from falling. To make better henna stains, you can wrap your body part that you put henna on. First wrap it with tissue, then something like old sock or plastic wraps. |
